Southwest Bushfire Fund Raiser

More than 100 TAWA Family Members and guests gathered to raise funds for the Southwest Bushfires. The event was held at the Mandala Hall, Bateman and hosted by our secretary Sakthi and our best DJ, AJ.

It is great to see TAWA pioneers among the crowd. All of them enjoyed the cultural and entertaining programmes. Big Thanks to our TAWA’s Thendral group and dancers. Besides, all the guests were treated with delicious veg and non-vegetarian south Indian food prepared by Mrs. Vene Stephen and TAWA committee’s Family members. It was a meaningful fun night.

The guests went one step ahead and donated more at the event to round off the donation to bushfire. In total we collected over $2000 at the event. This shows our members are generous and supports a good cause at any time. Performers were awarded appreciation certificates for their volunteering and participating.

The TAWA Committee thanks all of those who attended and looks forward to seeing you at the next event.
